Ever had a great meal that just did not turn out quite right?  Was it the spice?  Wrong kind of bread? Poor appetizer choice? Or could it have been your beer selection?  Ever wonder why Mexican food just doesn't go very well with Mexican beer?  There is a new emerging segment of the craft beer industry that focuses on pairing beer with food.  The argument is even made in many cases that beer is more versatile than wine, and as such offers a much wider variety of pairing options. 

WHBC is nearing completion of the recent equipment upgrade.  While there are a few pieces remaining, the operation is one again up and running. The latest batch is an Old Oak English Ale that will round out to about 5.5% ABV and be a Hoppy Ale with an Oak finish.
