Wooden Hammer - Imperial Pilsner

The work on the Wooden Hammer Texas brewing system is almost complete.  To test out the updates, I've decided to take a first run at one of our special beers.  This is a scaled down version of what will be Wooden Hammer's first "Big Beer".  Imperial Pilsner is a crisp imperial take on teh classic German style pilsner.  As is the German tradition it will use only pilsner malt for the base and be hopped with Saaz.  To make this a Wooden Hammer original creation, we are cranking up the amount of base malt and mixing in a hearty dose of Hallertauer to give this fantastic lager a punch of hops.
